Current Promotion: 50% off initial exam $120 value for $60. Exam: A thorough history and physical exam will be performed. Evaluating the chief complaint(s), by putting the necessary joints through ranges of motion, performing muscle testing and orthopedic tests to determine if there is damaged tissue. Treatment: Lower body and upper body passive and assisted stretching. Manual therapy techniques consisting of but not limited to cupping, petrissage, pin and stretch, ischemic compression, and instrument assisted soft tissue massage. Chiropractic manipulation and mobilization of necessary joints, mainly using diversified technique. Therapeutic Exercise: Prescribe at home stretches, movements, and strengthening exercises to decrease pain and increase mobility. Make suggestions about how best to navigate home or office environment to avoid future flare ups.
