We recommend that you seek legal advice to help you understand and to assist you in the creation of your own Terms & Conditions.

Terms & Conditions - the basics

Having said that, Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) are a set of legally binding terms defined by you, as the owner of this website. The T&C set forth the legal boundaries governing the activities of the website visitors, or your customers, while they visit or engage with this website. The T&C are meant to establish the legal relationship between the site visitors and you as the website owner.

T&C should be defined according to the specific needs and nature of each website. For example, a website offering products to customers in e-commerce transactions requires T&C that are different from the T&C of a website only providing information (like a blog, a landing page, and so on).

T&C provide you as the website owner the ability to protect yourself from potential legal exposure, but this may differ from jurisdiction to jurisdiction, so make sure to receive local legal advice if you are trying to protect yourself from legal exposure.

What to include in the T&C document

Generally speaking, T&C often address these types of issues: Who is allowed to use the website; the possible payment methods; a declaration that the website owner may change his or her offering in the future; the types of warranties the website owner gives his or her customers; a reference to issues of intellectual property or copyrights, where relevant; the website owner’s right to suspend or cancel a member’s account; and much, much more.

My wife and I both saw Dr. Carter Schultz today and were very impressed. This guy is extremely talented at his work.  He was really helpful with my knee and shoulder/neck pain that I came in with. I’m so happy to be able to refer a great chiropractor who is not trying to sell you a reoccurring program where you return every week or two. Very low pressure and an all around down to earth good human being. Keep it up

After dropping a mattress on my head, Carter was able to help get my body back in alignment. I was weary of chiropractors (as this was my first time going to one) but was very impressed with his ability to listen, diagnose, and treat me individually.

I've been seeing Dr. Carter for well over a year and his treatments are so thoughtful and targeted. You'll never just get cracked and popped and sent off only to need to come back the next week for the same thing. Dr. Carter does a lot of soft tissue work, stretching, and targeted adjustments, and takes the time to understand what is going on with your body AND your environment that could be creating problems.
-Liana J.

I have been to other chiropractors, but Dr. Schultz really digs deep into the problem areas and I always feel 200% better after the session. There is no doubt that he treats a wide range of patients, but as an accomplished athlete himself, he is also very attuned to the special needs of rehabilitating athletes. For the active community of Bend, that is an added bonus.
